Built for your crew.

Download the Android beta, then use your manager’s invitation to connect to your company. An invitation is required to access company data.

Installation instructions

  1. Download the APK on your Android phone and open it.
  2. If Android asks, allow this browser or file manager to install this app. You can turn that permission off afterward.
  3. Tap Install, or Update if JobClock is already installed.
  4. Open your manager’s invitation link or scan their QR code. Enter your PIN; a temporary PIN must be changed on first sign-in.

Already using JobClock? This installer updates your existing app. Install updates over the existing app; don’t uninstall or clear its storage while work is waiting to sync.

  • Safely change your company server address while preserving locally saved work.
  • Find Company connection under the collapsed Advanced section in More.
  • Clear notifications with confirmation.
  • Delete time entries, tasks, materials and photos with confirmation and server permission checks.
  • Review linked records before deleting a populated job, then confirm again. Active clock-ins block deletion.
  • Queued deletions retry safely, with conflicting offline work retained for review.
  • One-time phone enrollment protects company access; use a manager-issued invitation.
